Through the comparison of paleomagnetic work and geomagnetic polar profile, the era of Permian and Triassic Boundary in Fenghuangshan Formation of Zibo, Shandong Province has basically been solved. According to lithology and paleomagnetic polarity, the Fenghuangshan Formation is divided into Shiqianfeng Formation and Kunlunzhen Formation, belonging to Permian and Triassic.
