利用全尺寸携屑模拟实验装置进行了携屑试验 ,得到了侧钻水平井井眼内岩屑的运移规律 ,指出了环空岩屑成床的临界环空返速为 0 .85~ 1 .2 m/ s,形成岩屑床的临界井斜角为 40°~ 60°。提出了衡量钻井液携屑能力的参数及指标 ,评判出钻井液携屑能力的参数临界值为 1 .5。推荐了现场施工的环空返速范围为 1 .2~ 2 .0 m/ s,钻井液性能参数设计应满足携屑能力参数≥ 1 .5为宜。大庆油田的施工实践 ,证明了文中结果的正确性。

The performance parameter of drilling fluid should be designed to meet the requirement of carrying capacity of debris ≥1.5. The construction practice of Daqing Oilfield proves the correctness of the results in this paper.
