在非倒伏条件下,研究了不同氮肥运筹方法和植物生长调节剂处理对小麦干物质生产与分配,植株氮浓度与积累量和产量性状的影响.结果表明,S3307显著降低各种氮肥运筹方法的干物质生产,最终造成籽粒产量降低.GA3和S3307混合使用可部分消除S3307的生长抑制作用.总用氮量相同,各生育期追施比例不同,对考察的大多数性状有显著的效应,基肥足(60%)和重施拔节肥(40%)的两次施肥法,干物质生产和氮素积累多,花期叶片叶绿素含量高,单株穗重较大,籽粒产量高,是一种省工高产的施肥方法
Under non-lodging conditions, the effects of different N application methods and plant growth regulators on dry matter production and distribution, nitrogen concentration, accumulation and yield of wheat were studied. The results showed that S3307 significantly reduced the dry matter production of various nitrogenous fertilizer application methods and eventually resulted in the decrease of grain yield. The mixed use of GA3 and S3307 partially abrogated the growth inhibitory effect of S3307. The same total amount of nitrogen and different proportion of topdressing in each growth period had significant effects on most of the traits studied.
