用液态急冷法在以Co_(80)B_(20)到Cp_(60) B_(40)的相当宽的成份范围内制备了非晶Co—B系合金带。用示差扫描热分析研究了此成份范围样品的晶化动力学过程,结果表明:晶化温应和晶化激活能随成份的变化规律具有类似的趋势:在平衡相图上此成份范围中存在稳定相的成份处(Co_2B和Co_3B)出现极小。晶化热焓在接近Co_2B的成份处出现极大,但並未发现在Co_3B处出现极大值。根据两种稳定相结构的差别,讨论了这一现象的物理机制。
An amorphous Co-B alloy ribbon was prepared by a liquid quenching method over a relatively wide range of composition from Co 80 B 20 to Cp 60 B 40. Crystallization kinetics of this sample was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that there is a similar tendency of crystallization temperature and crystallization activation energy with the change of composition: there exists in this composition range on equilibrium phase diagram The components of the stable phase (Co_2B and Co_3B) appear extremely small. The enthalpy of crystallization appears to be very great near the composition of Co_2B, but the maximum value at Co_3B is not found. According to the difference between the two stable phase structures, the physical mechanism of this phenomenon is discussed.
