以岩石断裂力学和CSM预测模型为理论基础,深入分析了全断面岩石掘进机滚刀的破岩机理,并基于实际的施工过程,对滚刀进行了受力分析。通过对CSM预测模型的系统推导,提出了计算滚刀所受到的各个载荷的一般方法,并通过实例计算对滚刀所受载荷进行了量化研究,与实际测量数据进行对比,证明CSM模型可以替代试验方法计算全断面掘进机滚刀的受力情况,为全断面岩石掘进机的性能预测以及滚刀设计提供了理论依据。
Based on the rock fracture mechanics and CSM prediction model, the rock breaking mechanism of full face rock tunneling machine hob is analyzed in depth. Based on the actual construction process, the force analysis of the hob is carried out. Based on the systematic derivation of CSM prediction model, a general method of calculating each load suffered by hob is put forward, and the load on hob is quantified through an example calculation, which is compared with the actual measured data to prove that CSM model can replace The test method to calculate the stress of hobbing machine of full section boring machine provides the theoretical basis for the performance prediction and hob design of full face rock tunnel boring machine.
