目的了解四川省五家医疗机构患者文化构建现状,分析存在的问题,以促进其患者安全文化的发展,为提高患者安全提供政策建议。方法采用立意抽样的的方式,选择了四川省5家医院;在每家医院里面,根据科室规模按比例随机抽取474名工作人员进行问卷调查。结果调查的5家医院患者安全文化总体评分为3.89分。在不同级别医疗机构中,患者安全文化总分差异有统计学意义(F=8.135,P<0.05)。在与患者不同接触程度的员工中,在医院氛围及沟通(F=8.624,P<0.05)、医院政策支持(F=6.308,P<0.05)、负性事件的认识与处理(F=8.727,P<0.05)3个维度上,差异有统计学意义。结论调查医疗机构患者安全文化总体评分中等偏上,已在一定程度上营造了良好的患者安全文化氛围。医疗机构级别和是否与患者直接接触会影响患者安全文化的评分。在今后的建设过程中更强调对二级医疗机构患者安全的重视,同时针对不同人员,从不同的侧重点来加强患者安全文化建设。
Objective To understand the status quo of patient culture construction in five medical institutions in Sichuan Province and analyze the existing problems in order to promote the development of their patients’ safety culture and provide policy suggestions for improving patient safety. Methods In the way of deliberate sampling, five hospitals in Sichuan Province were selected. In each hospital, 474 staffs were randomly selected according to the department scale to conduct questionnaire survey. Results The overall hospital safety culture scores of the 5 hospitals surveyed were 3.89. In different levels of medical institutions, the total score of patient safety culture was statistically significant (F = 8.135, P <0.05). Among the employees who had different degrees of contact with patients, the hospital atmosphere and communication (F = 8.624, P <0.05), hospital policy support (F = 6.308, P <0.05) in the three dimensions, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The overall score of patient safety culture in the investigation of medical institutions is moderately upper, which has to a certain extent created a good patient safety culture. The level of the medical facility and whether it is in direct contact with the patient will affect the safety culture of the patient. In the future construction process, more emphasis is placed on the safety of patients in secondary medical institutions. At the same time, we aim to strengthen the safety culture of patients with different focuses on different personnel.
