通过油菜盆栽试验,以土壤脲酶活性、土壤碱解氮、植株全氮、维生素C、还原糖、油菜生物量为检测指标,对可降解有机高分子包膜尿素进行评价。结果表明,包膜尿素在作物需肥高峰期对土壤脲酶活性具有促进作用,对氮肥的延迟释放作用也处于较高水平;3种不同的包膜尿素处理均能提高氮肥利用率、油菜生物量、还原糖和Vc含量,且自制包膜尿素S1效果更明显,说明包膜尿素S1具有良好的缓释效果;在油菜生长不同时期,包膜尿素S2和S3对控制肥料养分释放和促进作物吸收方面各有所长。
By rapeseed pot experiment, biodegradable organic polymer coated urea was evaluated by soil urease activity, soil available nitrogen, plant total nitrogen, vitamin C, reducing sugar and rapeseed biomass. The results showed that the coated urea promoted the activity of soil urease and the delayed release of nitrogen fertilizer at the peak of fertilizer demand.
