运用小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)模型和组织胺(H)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)诱发大鼠皮肤炎症性渗出的方法,观察了左旋门冬氨酸钙(L-Ca-Asp)对小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠皮肤炎症反应的影响,并与葡萄糖酸钙(Ca-Glu)作比较。结果表明,L-Ca-Aspip165mg·kg-1和330mg·kg-1对小鼠DTH有明显的抑制作用;L-Ca-Aspip250mg·kg-1和500mg·kg-1对H、5-HT分别诱导的大鼠皮肤炎症性渗出亦有较明显的抑制作用,其抑制效应不亚于Ca-Glu,提示L-Ca-Asp对动物过敏和(或)炎症反应具有一定的抑制作用。
The effects of delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) and histamine (H) and serotonin (5-HT) -induced skin inflammatory exudation in mice were observed. The effects of L-Ca- Asp on mouse ear swelling and inflammatory reaction in rat skin and compared with calcium gluconate (Ca-Glu). The results showed that L-Ca-Aspip 165 mg · kg-1 and 330 mg · kg-1 had a significant inhibitory effect on DTH in mice; L-Ca-Aspip 250 mg · kg-1 and 500 mg · kg- Induced inflammatory exudation in rat skin also had obvious inhibitory effect, the inhibitory effect was as good as that of Ca-Glu, suggesting that L-Ca-Asp has certain inhibitory effect on animal allergy and / or inflammatory reaction.
