近年来,随着军队医院规模不断扩大,聘用制人员已成为军队医院编成结构中不可或缺的重要力量。然而由于目前许多医院都在扩大规模,导致医疗卫生人才紧缺,而军队医院自身又具有特殊性,使得某军队医院中聘用制人员流失率呈几何倍数增长,严重影响了医院的可持续发展。因此,建立稳定的人力资源结构成为军队医院管理者亟待解决的问题。通过对某军队医院聘用制人员流失的结构分析,找出人员流失成因,并提出防范措施以应对聘用制人员流失危机,维持该院人力资源的可持续发展。
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the size of military hospitals, the employment system has become an indispensable and important force in the compilation of military hospitals. However, because many hospitals are expanding in size at present, leading to a shortage of medical and health personnel, and the military hospital itself has its own particularity, which makes the occupancy rate of a military hospital occupy a geometric multiples growth rate, seriously affecting the sustainable development of the hospital. Therefore, building a stable structure of human resources has become a pressing issue for military hospital administrators. Through the structural analysis of the loss of hiring staff in a military hospital, the cause of staff turnover is found, and preventive measures are put in place to deal with the crisis of hiring staff and maintain the sustainable development of human resources in the hospital.
