人力资源管理研究经常受到实务界的质疑,最常听到,“这个东西不用研究就知道啊!”、“这个研究出来有什么用,不能解决问题啊!”、“这个东西是理想状态,实际根本不是那么回事!”。对于这种批评,研究者解释说,理论超前于实践,研究和实务不一样情有可原。但在大多数情况下,是实践走在了理论前面,其差距在于研究者并没有很好地发现、解释和回答实践界提出的问题。究其原因,可能和研究风险、发表难度、思维惯性和个人志向相关。其中,还有可能出在研究方法上。
Human resources management research is often questioned by practitioners. It is most often heard that “This thing does not need to be studied to know! ”, “This study came out what is the use, can not solve the problem! ”, “This thing Is the ideal state, the actual is not the case! ”. In this criticism, the researchers explain that theory goes ahead of practice, and that research and practice are not as plausible. However, in most cases, practice is ahead of the theory. The difference lies in the fact that researchers have not found, explained and answered practical problems well. The reason may be related to research risk, publication difficulty, thinking inertia and personal ambition. Among them, there may be out of research methods.
