当前,我们正处于瞬息万变的时代,“识时务者为俊杰”,唯有主动适应,积极进取,不甘落后。正如布留索夫所说的那样,“如果可能,那就走在时代的前面。如果不可能,那就决不要落在时代的后面。”要做到适应和进取,离不开学习,学习,再学习。我国农村劳动力占全国劳动力75％以上,他们是否学习,学会学习,不断学习,不仅关系到他们自身的生存和发展,还关系到社会的进步和稳定。在全国上下强调建立学习型社会的今天,我们同样要重视农民的学习。只有农民关心学习,自觉学习,学会学习,农村学习型社会才会真正形成,“三农”(农业、农村和农民)才会与时俱进。
