清代粮价报告制度,对于该时期粮价数据研究是极为重要的。以往学者主要从粮价奏折和粮价清单等中央档案研究清代粮价奏报制度,本文则主要利用循化厅档案研究清代晚期粮价报告制度在地方的实际执行情况。通过循化厅斗行所报告的粮价清单,梳理了循化厅粮价报告形式和内容的规范化过程。通过循化厅与上级官员关于粮价报告的往来公文,揭示了布政使作为地方和中央粮价信息传导枢纽的关键作用。布政使负责汇总通省厅县的粮价再由督抚上奏皇帝,同时编制粮价细册上报户部,布政使对府县粮价报告的督促和查核对粮价报告制度的执行至关重要。
The food price reporting system in Qing Dynasty is very important for the study of food price data in this period. In the past, scholars mainly studied the food price reporting system in the Qing Dynasty from the central files such as the food price memorial and the food price list. In this paper, we mainly use the files of Xunhua Department to study the actual implementation of the food price reporting system in the late Qing Dynasty in the local area. Through the list of grain prices reported by Xunhua Hall, the standardization process of the report forms and contents of grain prices of Xunhua hall has been sorted out. Through the official documents on grain price reporting between XUCHHUAN and higher-level officials, it reveals the key role of the Chief Executive as the local and central food price information transmission hub. Chief of the cloth government is responsible for the summary of food prices through the provincial hall County and then by the governor played the emperor, while the preparation of food price list submitted to the Ministry, the cloth government makes foodstuffs report urging and checking the implementation of the food price reporting system important.
