针对学生人文底蕴较单薄,学习中存在“重技能、轻人文”倾向的问题,学校开设人文讲堂,在实践中精选主讲人,注重核心价值观的引导,突出人文主题,兼顾学术性和通俗性,注重时效性;发挥了教育的导向功能、激励功能、塑造功能、实用功能、调节功能。办好人文讲堂,应在坚定方向、加强组织、完善保障、共享资源等方面继续加强。
