可即性,即可以知晓、接触和获得。教育是教育者和被教育者之间的双向信息沟通过程,这里存在着教育可即性问题。开放大学的教育与信息技术的深度融合,使得其教育可即性问题更加复杂。影响开放教育可即性的因素,一是学生在职学习,分散了时间和精力;二是学生组织程度低,提高了信息传播难度;三是学生被动学习的观念;四是教育者的普通教育观念;五是教育技术的适用性问题;六是学习者的逆向选择。应积极探索提高教育可即性的途径,提升开放教育的办学质量。
