家庭和幼儿园是幼儿生活、学习的主要场所。教育实践证明:家长与教师的密切配合,能促进孩子健康成长。近几年来,我园遵照《幼儿园工作规程》,开展了一系列的“双边”活动,使家园配合更加密切,收到了可喜的效果。具体做法如下:一、召开多种形式的家长会议家长会议可以由园长召开,也可由各班老师召开。我们在工作中着重强调了班级家长会,因为它更具有针对性,更能发挥教师的主导作用,更便于听取家长们的具体意见和要求。如开学之初新入园幼儿的家长会,教师可详细地向家长介绍幼儿园的环境和设施;让家长参观并让家长了解幼儿园的上课方式、幼儿一
