敬业度一般受到个人、组织以及工作投入等多方面的因素影响。同时,敬业度又与高职院校教师工作业绩表现具有紧密的联系。因此,对于高职院校而言,通过以敬业度为导向,构建有效的业绩考核机制,那么就能有效提升教师的工作效率,提高学校的教学质量和效果。故而,本文主要通过对于高职院校教师的敬业度与业绩关系进行研究,结合具体的情况,提出一些有效的建议,以期进一步增强高职院校教师的工作积极性,提升学校的教育质量和水平。
Engagement is generally influenced by a number of factors, including personal, organizational and work engagement. At the same time, the professionalism has a close relationship with the performance of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, for higher vocational colleges, through the dedication-oriented and effective performance appraisal system, we can effectively improve teachers’ work efficiency and improve the quality of teaching in schools. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the relationship between the professionalism and performance of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some effective suggestions according to the specific conditions in order to further enhance the enthusiasm of teachers in higher vocational colleges and improve the quality and level of education in schools .
