探讨了用45钢代替Cr12MoV钢制作塔轮的可行性.研究了45钢稀土渗硼机理及渗层厚度、组织、硼化物形态对磨损强度和耐磨性的影响.
The feasibility of using 40 steel instead of Cr12MoV steel to make tower wheel was discussed. The mechanism of boronizing on 45 steel and the influence of the thickness, microstructure and boride morphology on the wear strength and wear resistance of 45 steel were studied.
