目的研究宽裂龙蒿Artemisia dracunculus var.turkestanica地上部分的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、RP18、SephadexLH-20等柱色谱进行分离与纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从宽裂龙蒿地上部位95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部位分离得到19种化合物,分别鉴定为1-棕榈酸单甘油酯(1)、α-亚麻酸甲酯(2)、1-油酸单甘油酯(3)、乙酰熊果酸(4)、3β,22β,24-三羟基-齐墩果-12-烯(5)、油酸(6)、棕榈酸(7)、1-亚油酸单甘油酯(8)、香草酸(9)、橙皮素(10)、柚皮素(11)、槲皮素(12)、芦丁(13)、滨蒿内酯(14)、东莨菪亭(15)、7-羟基香豆素(16)、瑞香素(17)、咖啡酸(18)、绿原酸(19)。结论所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1~5和8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents in aerial parts of Artemisia dracunculus var. Turkestanica. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, RP18 and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nineteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanolic extracts of Artemisia halodendron and identified as 1-palmitic acid monoglyceride (1), α-linolenic acid methyl ester (2), 1- Oleic acid monoglyceride (3), acetyl ursolic acid (4), 3β, 22β, 24-trihydroxy-olean- - linoleic acid monoglyceride (8), vanillic acid (9), hesperetin (10), naringenin (11), quercetin (12), rutin (13) ), Scopolamine (15), 7-hydroxycoumarin (16), daphnetin (17), caffeic acid (18) and chlorogenic acid (19). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds 1-5 and 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
