目的研究亲缘全相合造血干细胞移植治疗儿童重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)的疗效。方法 3例SAA患儿中,2例行人类白细胞抗原(HLA)全相合同胞供者骨髓造血干细胞移植,1例行HLA全相合同胞供者骨髓+外周血造血干细胞移植,监测移植后血常规及并发症等。结果 3例患儿均获成功移植,外周血中性粒细胞绝对值≥0.5×109/L时间为11-15d,血小板≥20×109/L时间为12-17d。无移植物抗宿主病发生;1例患儿移植后发生巨细胞病毒感染,1例并发其他病原体感染,后经治疗痊愈。结论亲缘全相合造血干细胞移植是治疗儿童SAA的有效方法。
Objective To study the efficacy of kinship combined with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for pediatric severe aplastic anemia (SAA). Methods Three patients with SAA were enrolled in this study. Two of them were allotransplantation of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) allogeneic sibling donor bone marrow hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. One case received HLA allogeneic sibling donor bone marrow + peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. The blood routine and Complications and so on. Results All the 3 cases were successfully transplanted. The absolute value of peripheral blood neutrophils ≥0.5 × 109 / L for 11-15 days, and the platelet ≥20 × 109 / L for 12-17 days. No graft-versus-host disease occurred; 1 case of cytomegalovirus infection after transplantation, 1 case complicated by other pathogens, after treatment cured. Conclusion Allogenic stem cell transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of SAA in children.
