本文首先对现阶段南昌市房地产中介行业二手房代理业务的发展状况进行分析,发现随着南昌市旧城改造项目建设力度的加大,南昌市二手房市场涌入了大量的拆迁客,带动了二手房交易量的增长,但是除拆迁客之外的二手房需求却出现了下降。然后以分类调控政策为背景,分析分类调控政策对南昌市二手房市场带来的影响。最后提出分类调控政策下南昌市房地产中介企业二手房业务的调整策略。
