潼关蛭石矿赋存于太古界太华群岩层中。矿石结构疏松,蛭石片径细小,片径大于7mm者占3.17%,3.5—7mm者占6.11%,1~3.5mm者占24.96%,小于1mm者占65.66%。膨胀蛭石干容重0.17~0.57t/m~3,导热系数0.061~0.107千卡/米·时·度,体积膨胀倍鼓3.5—14倍。根据蛭石焙烧失水膨胀的特性,经试验拟定出焙烧—风选测定蛭石品位方法。基本操作程序:破碎→烘干(105℃)→焙烧(950℃)→风选→双目镜下鉴定→计算。焙烧后样品分大于40目、40—100、目小于100目三级分别进行选别,人工撖簸,台式电风扇供风。大于40目粒级,撒簸速度3~3.4克/秒,风速5.5—7米/秒;40—100目级,撒簸速度1.5—2.2克/秒,风速3.5~4.5米/秒;小于100目粒级双目镜下鉴定。蛭石品位按公式N=g_1(1+K)/G×100%计算(N:蛭石品位,G:试样重量,g_1:膨胀蛭石总重量,K:蛭石烧失率)。该法精密度较好,变动系数5.82%,测试结果与泡沫选法及淘洗—泡沫浮选法测试结果对比,平均误差7.84%。用此法测定蛭石品位完全可满足细粒级蛭石矿床评价、勘探要求。

More than 40 mesh particle size, throwing speed of 3 to 3.4 g / s, wind speed of 5.5-7 m / s; 40-100 mesh level, throwing speed of 1.5-2.2 g / s, wind speed 3.5 ~ 4.5 m / s; less than 100 Eyeball binocular identification. The grade of vermiculite is calculated according to the formula N = g_1 (1 + K) / G × 100% (N: Vermiculite grade, G: weight of sample, g_1: total weight of expanded vermiculite, K: loss rate of vermiculite). The precision of the method is good, the coefficient of variation is 5.82%. The test results are compared with the foam test and the froth-froth flotation test. The average error is 7.84%. Determination of vermiculite grade by this method can fully meet the requirements of fine-graded vermiculite deposit evaluation and exploration.
