十八大以来,党和国家对“五个认同”教育的认识提升到前所未有的高度。在民族自治地方,双语教育一方面发挥着赋予受教育者知识和技能的作用,更重要的,在思想领域,更承担着引领其形成社会主义核心价值观的历史使命。所以,在考察双语教育的教学目标时,应在兼顾语言目的、文化目的的基础上强调国家和社会目的,发挥其统一思想认识、建构社会主义意识形态、培育各族群众树立正确祖国观的功能。当前的民族地区的双语教育应在学科建设、教学内容体系等方面突出服务于以“中国共产党领导”、“社会主义制度”和“中华人民共和国”认同为核心的祖国观培养,建立和巩固各族群众珍惜社会稳定、维护祖国统一的思想基础。

Therefore, when examining the teaching objectives of bilingual education, we should emphasize the purpose of our country and society on the basis of both language and cultural purposes, give full play to their understanding of the ideology, construct the socialist ideology, and foster the function of all ethnic groups in establishing a correct outlook on the motherland . The current bilingual education in minority areas should give prominence to serving the motherland outlook centered on the identification of “the leadership of the Communist Party of China”, “the socialist system” and “the Peoples Republic of China” in the fields of discipline construction and teaching content system We must cultivate, establish and consolidate the ideological basis for the masses of all ethnic groups to cherish social stability and safeguard the unification of the motherland.
