以优质蛹虫草菌株为试材,分别以12、16、20、24、28℃5种不同温度进行单因子对照试验,比较不同温度处理后蛹虫草蛋白质、多糖、虫草素、虫草酸含量等的变化,探索不同温度处理对蛹虫草主要活性成分的影响及规律。结果表明:蛹虫草发菌、转色、原基分化、子实体生长等主要生长阶段的培养温度分别为约20、24、24、16℃时,蛹虫草主要活性成分含量相对较高;栽培实际以约16~20、20~24、20~24、16~20℃为宜。说明实行变温管理是提高蛹虫草主要活性成分及产品质量的重要措施之一。
