本文对伽玛刀治疗后的5例颅内肿瘤的手术标本进行临床病理和组织化学的研究,着重观察其组织学改变及单胺氧化酶和碱性磷酸酶的含量和分布特点。提出肿瘤中心区(高剂量区)瘤细胞及血管出现了致死性损伤改变,肿瘤边缘(低剂量区)瘤细胞以弥散变性,散在坏死为主,小血管普遍存在透明变性、内膜增厚、血栓形成。瘤周组织则以缺氧、水肿样改变为主,并散在变性,小血管壁有散在炎性细胞浸润。肿瘤中心区单胺氧化酶及碱性磷酸酶活性高于肿瘤边缘区,与照射剂量呈正相关。
In this paper, five cases of intracranial tumors treated with Gamma Knife were studied by clinicopathological and histochemical methods. The histological changes and the content and distribution of monoamine oxidase and alkaline phosphatase were observed. It is proposed that the tumor cells and blood vessels in the tumor center area (high dose area) have the fatal injury changes. The tumor cells in the edge of the tumor (low dose area) are characterized by diffuse degeneration and scattered necrosis. The small blood vessels are generally degenerative, Thrombosis. Peritumor tissue is hypoxia, edema-like changes, and scattered in the degeneration, scattered in the small blood vessel inflammatory cell infiltration. The activity of monoamine oxidase and alkaline phosphatase in tumor center was higher than that in tumor marginal zone, which was positively correlated with irradiation dose.
