目的了解2005-2013年上海市金山区本地人口与流动人口结核病防治情况,为结核病防治策略的制定提供科学依据。方法采用中国疾病预防控制信息系统结核病子系统资料,对2005-2013年金山区本地和流动人口结核病患者有关资料进行分析。结果 2005-2013年金山区共登记结核病患者2 776例,其中本地人口1 922例,占69.24%;流动人口854例,占30.76%。;本地人口患者以55~岁组为主,流动人口患者以15~岁组为主,两者在年龄构成上差异有统计学意义;本地人口患者以农民为主,流动人口患者以民工为主,两者在职业构成上差异有统计学意义;流动人口结核患者多确诊延迟且治疗成功率较低。结论应重点关注流动人口中的青年民工和本地人口中的老年农民男性群体,将其作为结核病发现、诊断、治疗、依从性和防治知识健康教育重点对象;加强对结核病患者的督导管理工作;加大公共卫生服务政策的开发利用,完善结核病医保政策,提高结核病诊疗减免力度。
Objective To understand the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis among local population and floating population in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2005 to 2013 and to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of tuberculosis prevention and control strategies. Methods The data of tuberculosis subsystems of China Disease Prevention and Control Information System were used to analyze the data of tuberculosis patients of local and floating population in Jinshan District from 2005 to 2013. Results A total of 2 776 tuberculosis patients were registered in Jinshan District in 2005-2013, of which 1 922 were local residents, accounting for 69.24%. There were 854 floating population, accounting for 30.76%. ; The population of local population is mainly in 55 ~ group, and the floating population is mainly in 15 ~ group, the difference between them is statistically significant; the population of local population is dominated by peasant, and the migrant population is mainly migrant , Both in the occupational composition differences were statistically significant; floating population more delayed diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis patients with low success rate. Conclusions Should focus on young migrant workers in the floating population and the elderly peasant male population in the local population, as the focus of health education on tuberculosis detection, diagnosis, treatment, compliance and prevention knowledge; strengthen supervision and management of tuberculosis patients; plus The development and utilization of public health service policies, improve the policy of medical insurance for tuberculosis, and increase the relief of tuberculosis.
