(例一)言必信,信必行,行必果。很可能原成语被认为不完整,于是按自己的理解加以补充,补充后的“成语”成了“说话一定守信用,守信用一定实行,实行一定有结果”。这显然是不妥当的。(树二)特别是一些优秀的文学名著与社会经典,问津者与日俱减。成语中只有与日俱增。

It is quite possible that the original idiom was considered incomplete and then supplemented according to one’s own understanding. After the supplement, the “idiom” became “sure to keep one’s word and trustworthy, and keep one’s word of credit surely practiced and there must be some results.” This is obviously not appropriate. (Tree two) especially some outstanding literary masterpieces and social classics, asking people to keep decreasing. Idioms only increase with each passing day.
