学生由小学进入到中学学习,一般都要经过学习环境、人际关系、学习方法等等的适应,适应得快,学业上一马平川,突飞猛进,反之则学业陷入低谷,一蹶不振,因此抓好中小学的衔接工作十分必要。作为一名小学教师,对如何加强小学的衔接,我有一点粗浅的认识。一、培养学生良好的学习习惯培养学生的良好学习习惯,应该是小学教育的重要内容。小学五、六年级的学生处于童年晚期,这个时期的孩子的心理发展正处在一个从幼稚走向逐渐成熟的变动时期,在这个时期培养学生良好的学习习惯尤为重要,可以使学生一生受益。那么良好的学习习惯包括哪些内容呢? 1.学期初要求学生制订学习计划,改变学习的无序状态,减小学生学习的随意性,使学生的学习逐渐由自发转为自觉。
