水果经壳聚糖保鲜剂采前处理,病虫害发生率大大降低,果实贮存物质(可溶性糖)含量增加,果皮组织结构变化,果品保鲜中衰老进程受阻,水果贮藏寿命延长。
Preharvest fruit pretreatment with chitosan preservatives significantly reduced the incidence of pests and diseases, increased the content of soluble sugars (soluble sugar) in the fruits, and changed the structure of the pericarp. The aging process was hindered during fruit preservation and the fruit storage life was prolonged.
