目前,大庆油田已全面实行项目管理(即石油工业中防止某一项工程的投资被挪做它用的管理办法)。新疆、胜利、辽河、华北、中原、河南、四川等13个油气田也陆续开始实施这种办法。据统计,这些油气田1989年勘探、开发和建设中开展项目共1040个,纳入项目管理的有466个,占45%。投资额为106亿元,占总投资的73.6%。经过几年的实践,大庆、新疆、河南、四川等油气田基本形成了一套在老油田内部进行勘探、开发、建设中开展项目管理的成功做法。辽河油田从本油田勘探开发的规律和特点出发,也探索出在复杂地区进行滚动勘探开发,实行项目管理的比较切实可行的办法。 1982年,原石油工业部就把推行石油勘探开发建设工程的项目管理作为挖潜、提高经济效益的重要措施。几年来的实践证明,项目管理对石油工业中加强
Currently, Daqing Oilfield has fully implemented project management (that is, the oil industry to prevent investment in a project was diverted to do with it).
