存在于脑梗塞中心坏死区边缘尚能存活的脑组织为缺血性半影区。在半影区内因缺血缺氧引起损伤级联反应,造成神经元损害,促使损害向不可逆性损伤发展。半影区的存在及其不稳定性使之成为脑缺血和脑保护治疗的研究焦点。本文主要围绕近年相关进展作一综述。
Brain tissue that survives at the margin of the necrotic area of the infarct center is ischemic penumbra. In the penumbra due to ischemia and hypoxia caused by injury cascade, resulting in neuronal damage, prompting damage to the development of irreversible damage. The existence of penumbra and its instability make it a focal point of research in the treatment of cerebral ischemia and brain protection. This article mainly summarizes the related progress in recent years.
