I. INTRODUCTION In order to obtain rotationally symmetric beams and very low side lobes, dual-mode speakers, corrugated speakers and other forms of loudspeakers have been studied. The bimodal horn with a steep waveguide junction in the throat depends very much on the frequency. Corrugated speakers in the broadband range although it can maintain a good radiation pattern, but too bulky and difficult to manufacture. Using other methods is not complex structure is bulky. The authors found that a wideband dual mode horn antenna could be made as long as a thin media jacket was placed inside the horn. This article discusses the principle of this antenna, the structure and the measured radiation pattern. As a media loading horn antenna application of a shaped antenna, the text also made
