目的观察干扰素-r联合氟尿嘧啶对兔增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy,PVR)的抑制作用。方法将有色家兔24只随机分为4组。左眼为实验眼,建立PVR动物模型,各组分别于建模第2d在玻璃体腔内注射等体积药物,并在7、14、30d行裂隙灯、眼底、F-ERG、眼B超及视网膜组织病理学检查。结果与用等体积的干扰素-r或氟尿嘧啶组比较,联合用药组的PVR级别低于其余各组(P<0.05);视网膜略增厚但未见明显视网膜脱离;视网膜组织病理学检查:表面少量纤维增殖;而F-ERG b波波幅则与单独用药无统计学意义。结论 0.5mg氟尿嘧啶联合104干扰素-r对兔增生性玻璃体视网膜病变可起到抑制作用,其疗效优于单独用等体积的氟尿嘧啶或干扰素-r,且未见明显毒副作用。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of interferon-r combined with 5-fluorouracil on Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy (PVR) in rabbits. Methods 24 colored rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups. The left eye was the experimental eye, and the animal model of PVR was established. Each group was injected with the same volume of drug in the vitreous cavity on the 2nd day of modeling, and the slit lamp, fundus, F-ERG, Histopathological examination. Results Compared with the same volume of interferon-r or fluorouracil group, the PVR level of the combination group was lower than the other groups (P <0.05); the retina slightly thick but no obvious retinal detachment; retinal histopathology examination: the surface A small amount of fiber proliferation; while F-ERG b wave amplitude and no drug use alone was statistically significant. Conclusion 0.5mg Fluorouracil combined with 104 interferon-r can inhibit rabbit hyperplastic vitreoretinopathy and its curative effect is superior to that of fluorouracil or interferon-r alone with no obvious side effects.
