对连 铸二冷区 喷嘴的 冷态 特 性进 行了 研 究。测 定 了不 同喷 水 条件 下喷 嘴 的压 力— 流量关系，喷 水密度 分布以及 喷射角 和喷 雾 粒度 分布 。分 析了 国 内外 喷嘴 的 特性 曲线 ，为 国内 厂 家生产喷嘴 提供了 更为合理 的参数。
The cold state characteristics of nozzles in the second continuous cooling zone were studied. The pressure-flow relationship, spray density distribution, spray angle and spray particle size distribution of nozzles under different water spray conditions were measured. The characteristic curve of nozzle at home and abroad is analyzed, which provides more reasonable parameters for domestic manufacturers to produce nozzle.
