我国素有冬令进补之风俗,把每年农历的立冬至立春,作为人们进补的最佳期。从传统的中医学说的观点分析,冬令进补对于防病治病增强人体抵抗力确有奇效,一是因为冬令进补不易因出汗而被排出体外,有利于机体的吸收。二是冬季进补具有补养人体之气血、阴阳和津液的不足,能调整阴阳偏盛,具有扶正祛邪之效应。
