目的:早期胃癌与胃粘膜上皮细胞内β-葡糖醛酸酶(β-G)免疫电镜定位、定量,并进行比较,探索β-G在两者之间的差异。方法:采用低温包埋、紫外线照射、胶体金标记、免疫电镜技术。结果:β-G定位于早期胃癌细胞与胃粘膜上皮细胞中的溶酶体与内质网内,早期胃癌细胞中β-G量多于胃粘膜上皮细胞。结论:结果提示β-G的增多可能与癌细胞旺盛的机能活动和异常的形态结构有关。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the localization and quantification of β-glucuronidase (β-G) by immunoelectron microscopy in early gastric cancer and gastric mucosal epithelial cells, and to explore the difference between β-G in both. Methods: Low temperature embedding, ultraviolet irradiation, colloidal gold labeling, and immunoelectron microscopy. RESULTS: β-G was localized in the lysosomes and endoplasmic reticulum of early gastric cancer cells and gastric mucosal epithelial cells. The amount of β-G in early gastric cancer cells was more than that of gastric epithelial cells. Conclusion: The results suggest that the increase of β-G may be related to the exuberant function of cancer cells and abnormal morphological structure.
