体育模块教学作为高中体育新课程改革实施中的有效教学手段,在促进学生身心全面发展发挥着重要的作用。模块教学对比传统体育教学有很大的优势,传统体育教学中是一个教师同时担任几个行政班的教学工作,学生不能自由选择体育项目,教学内容是根据年级段制定项目,很大程度上也限制了学生运动技能和技术水平的发展,而模块教学它有其独特的优势,在教学过程中学生是教学的主体,学生可以自由选择自己喜欢的、感兴趣的体育项目,学生有了学习的兴趣,才能积极参与活动,让学生的个性得到发展,也更好的促进了教师的全面发展,这样的体育课才更有活力、更活跃。结合多年的模块教学经验,将传统教学和模块教学进行了对比,为以后实施模块教学的教师提供一些参考。
