本文通过四年多冷轧带钢生产实践,对GCr15轴承钢小型冷轧辊(辊径在中φ100~300毫米之间)的双液淬火方法,进行了认真的研究,找到了双液淬火的最佳冷却系数。结果表明,GCr15钢冷轧辊经高温奥氏体化,水、油连续冷却后,再经低温回火,可以得到足够深的淬硬层(φ100至300辊径,淬硬层深度平均可达10~25毫米,至少占辊身半径的20至6.7%)和淬硬性(硬度高达HR_c64以上),且可避免淬火碎裂。对冷轧40Mn、65Mn和T10A等高碳工具钢冷带,也能满足工艺要求,这种方法的特点是:设备简单、操作方便、淬火工序少、周期短、质量可靠、成本低,对提高GCr15钢冷轧辊的接触疲劳性能和使用寿命具有显著的效果。
