为了探讨“脑还丹”防治神经原退行性变的机制 ,本文从血清IGF Ⅰ和血脂的变化观察了该方对老龄去势大鼠 (肾虚模型 )的病理生理影响。结果表明 ,“脑还丹”能显著降低卵巢结扎大鼠LDL c和TC的血清浓度 ,高剂量可显著提高HDL、TG和血清IGF Ⅰ的水平。说明“脑还丹”保护神经原的作用是通过调节血脂及IGF Ⅰ水平等途径实现的。
In order to explore the mechanism of “Naohuadan” in preventing and treating neurogenic degenerative changes, the pathophysiological effects of this prescription on aged castrated rats (model of kidney deficiency) were observed from the changes of serum IGF I and blood lipids. The results showed that “Naolaodan” can significantly reduce the serum concentration of LDL c and TC in ovarian ligation rats. High doses can significantly increase the levels of HDL, TG and serum IGF I. It shows that the role of “brain-returning” in protecting neurons is achieved by regulating blood lipids and IGF I levels.
