一、前言电加热器系统是一种将电能转换成热能的系统装置。常见的,如取暖用的电炉和熨衣服的电熨斗;精密的,有卫星恒温控制电加热器和陀螺电加热系统。大的,如烘房;小的,可做成直径只有0.5毫米的套管式电加热器或者几张纸那么薄的薄膜电加热器。其工作范围,可从20℃的仪器保温,到900℃的汞离子发动机的预热。通常,电加热器系统由电加热器、温度敏感元件和恒温控制器三部分组成。恒温控制器有两位控制和比例控制器两种。前者采用开断控制,即当仪器温度低于设定温度时,电加热器以额定功率加热,而达到设计温度时,电加热器完全断开。比例控制器则是采取比例控制,电加热器连续加热,但其加热功率随仪器温度而变,因而这类控制器温度调节质量较高,实际温度没有上下波动的现象。
