采用理论分析和逻辑推理的方法对短跑运动员后蹬角度的影响因素以及落地缓冲效果与后蹬角度的关系进行论述。并提出应以一分为二的观点分析短跑运动员初期技能形成与巩固的利与弊,特别是重步长轻步频的训练在导致运动员技能动力定型的同时,后蹬角度、速度感也会在大脑皮层形成动力定型。将影响运动员可持续性训练以及今后的提高。
The theoretical analysis and logical reasoning methods are used to discuss the factors that affect the pedal kick angle of the sprinter and the relationship between the cushioning effect and the kickback angle. And points out the advantages and disadvantages of forming and consolidating sprint athletes’ initial skills should be analyzed from the standpoint of dividing one by two.
