一是创新策略。日本卡西欧公司提出:开发就是经营,就是强调通过不断开发新产品赢得市场。创新的形式有:①产品创新,包括开发新产品和对原产品进行改进;②技术创新,就是运用新技术来开发新产品;③市场创新,企业针对不同市场特点来开发新产品。二是紧跟策略。瑞典莫里兹服装公司经理斯坦劳·潘逊说:“我们不发明新式样,但是我们紧跟最新时装”。国外许多中小企业纷纷模仿市场上有前途的产品进行生产,以避开技术开发力量薄弱的缺陷,避开新产品开发失败率高的风险。三是后发制人策略。

The third is the strategy of postponement.
