大田条件下,利用示踪技术研究了两个不同穗型的冬小麦品种根系吸收活力空间分布变化的差异。结果表明,从返青到挑旗阶段在垂直深度20cm,水平距离0~20cm的土体内,大穗型品种78-3根系吸收活力的增加明显高于多穗型品种鲁麦14。以后,78-3的根系吸收活力的降低幅度也显著大于鲁麦14,其活力的绝对值低于鲁麦14。两品种根系吸收活力的分布范围相差不大。后期根系吸收活力的相对降低,是78-3千粒重下降或籽粒产量下降的主要原因。
Under field conditions, tracing techniques were used to study the differences in spatial distribution of root absorption activity of two winter wheat cultivars with different panicle types. The results showed that the absorption vigor of large spike 78-3 was significantly higher than that of the multi-spike cultivar Lumai 14 in the vertical depth of 20 cm and horizontal distance of 0-20 cm from the stage of returning to green to the stage of flag-raising. Afterwards, the decrease of root absorption activity of 78-3 was significantly greater than that of Lumai 14, and the absolute value of its activity was lower than that of Lumai 14. The root absorption of two varieties of the distribution of energy or less. The relative decrease of root absorption activity at the later stage was the main reason for the decrease of 78-3000-grain weight or grain yield.
