大学生员工是酒店具有巨大发展潜力的员工,是酒店优秀的人力资源储备,对于提升酒店的良好形象,提高酒店的服务质量有十分重大的意义。然而,随着我国酒店业快速扩张,酒店员工的流失问题也愈加凸显出来。在整个服务业员工高流失率的背景下,酒店存在员工流失并不奇怪,并且现代酒店也需要合理范围内的员工流失,因为适度的人员流动有利于为酒店的发展和创新,使酒店能更合理配置人力资源,优化酒店员工结构,增加酒店活力与竞争力。但是,过高的人员流失率,也使得酒店的大学生员工大大流出,吸引并留住更多的高素质大学生员工,减少酒店损失,日益成为酒店迫切渴望解决的重大问题。因此,本文将对酒店大学生员工流失的因素从酒店、高等学校、大学生员工自身、以及社会环境四个方面加以分析。 College staff is the hotel staff has great potential for development, is the hotel’s excellent human resources reserve, to enhance the hotel’s good image and improve the quality of service of the hotel is of great significance.
