大学生员工是酒店具有巨大发展潜力的员工,是酒店优秀的人力资源储备,对于提升酒店的良好形象,提高酒店的服务质量有十分重大的意义。然而,随着我国酒店业快速扩张,酒店员工的流失问题也愈加凸显出来。在整个服务业员工高流失率的背景下,酒店存在员工流失并不奇怪,并且现代酒店也需要合理范围内的员工流失,因为适度的人员流动有利于为酒店的发展和创新,使酒店能更合理配置人力资源,优化酒店员工结构,增加酒店活力与竞争力。但是,过高的人员流失率,也使得酒店的大学生员工大大流出,吸引并留住更多的高素质大学生员工,减少酒店损失,日益成为酒店迫切渴望解决的重大问题。因此,本文将对酒店大学生员工流失的因素从酒店、高等学校、大学生员工自身、以及社会环境四个方面加以分析。
