目的通过昌黎县2011年-2015年血清学监测数据分析本地区人间布鲁氏病流行特征,为政府制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法根据《布鲁氏菌病监测标准》(GB16885-1997)及《河北省人间布鲁氏菌病监测方案》,对昌黎县2011-2015年重点人群人间布鲁氏病监测检验结果进行分析。结果五年间昌黎县共采集血清标本763份,检出阳性43份,阳性率为5.64%;其中重点人群主动监测检验684人,阳性26例,阳性率3.80%;门诊被动监测检验79人,阳性17例,阳性率21.5%。布病流行呈逐年上升趋势,2015年最高为12.0%。不同地区人间布鲁氏病阳性率差异较大有统计学意义(X2=18.19,ρ<0.05),泥井镇最高为15.52%。不同职业人群的布病感染率差异较大,有统计学意义(X2=12.49,ρ<0.05),饲养员阳性率最高为8.09%。男、女阳性率分别为7.87%、2.72%,有统计学意义(ρ<0.01)。结论昌黎县人间布鲁氏病发病率呈逐年上升趋势,应当加强重点人群监测,深入开展重点人群宣传教育和行为干预,加强对传染源的管理,以控制我县布鲁氏菌病的发生和发展。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Changli from 2011 to 2015 serological surveillance data and provide a scientific basis for the government to make prevention and control strategies. Methods According to the monitoring standard of Brucellosis (GB16885-1997) and the monitoring program of human brucellosis in Hebei Province, the monitoring results of human brucellosis in key population of Changli County from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed. Results A total of 763 serum samples were collected from Changli County during the five years, with a positive rate of 5.64%. 684 of them were actively monitored and tested by positive population test, the positive rate was 3.80%. Outpatient passive surveillance test of 79 patients was positive 17 cases, the positive rate of 21.5%. The prevalence of brucellosis has been increasing year by year, up to 12.0% in 2015. The positive rates of human brucellosis in different regions were significantly different (X2 = 18.19, ρ <0.05), and the highest in mud wells was 15.52%. The prevalence rates of brucellosis among different occupational groups were significantly different (X2 = 12.49, ρ <0.05), and the positive rate of breeders was 8.09%. The male and female positive rates were 7.87% and 2.72%, respectively, with statistical significance (ρ <0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of human brucellosis in Changli County is increasing year by year. Monitoring of key populations should be strengthened. Publicity, education and behavior intervention of key populations should be intensified, and the management of infectious sources should be strengthened so as to control the occurrence of brucellosis in our county. development of.
