1.我厂设计的曲拐传动多轴箱的结构特点 (1) 我厂设计的曲拐传动多轴箱箱体(包括前、后盖)采用大连组合机床研究所的标准主轴箱,其结构见图1。 (2) 工作拐轴(即主轴,见图2)是整体的,较装配式的刚性好。工作拐轴用铜套作支承,两轴颈处车有导油槽,以改善润滑条件。推力轴承用弹性挡圈卡装在轴上,挡圈承受轴向力。 (3) 拐板材料为夹布胶木板,拐板销孔不装滚珠轴承,也未镶衬套,而直接与工作拐轴的偏心销组成摩擦付。 (4) 由于我们使用的拐板面积不太大(不大于400×500毫米),轴数不太多(最多28根工作拐轴),因此只用了一根主拐轴(图3)来支承拐板。用三个挡销限制拐板的端面振摆。平衡重块装在主拐轴上。
