全球信息技术的发展非常迅猛,财务管理的思想创新力度不断增大,为了应对这些改变,集团类企业几乎都建立了财务共享服务中心,并实现了既定目标:成本的降低、管控力度的提高以及主营业务的大力发展等。但是财务共享服务中心仍然不是非常完善,还存在一些缺陷,需要企业集团进一步优化。因此,本文分析了财务共享服务中心面临的宏观经济环境以及其本身的特点,讨论了企业集团如何构建财务共享服务中心,然后提出了优化企业集团财务共享服务中心的几点建议。
With the rapid development of global information technology and increasing innovation in financial management, in order to cope with these changes, almost all group-based enterprises have set up financial sharing service centers and have achieved their stated goals of reducing costs, improving control and management, The main business of the vigorous development.
