目的建立一种客观有效的评价黄芩内在质量的新模式。方法广泛收集代表性黄芩样品,制备各样品的供试液,分别测定其HPLC色谱指纹图谱及抑菌效果,并用数学方法将指纹图谱数据与抑菌率关联。结果由建立的数学模型计算得到的20批黄芩验证样品的抑菌率值与实验测得值的偏差率全部在10%以内,其中15批样品的偏差率在5%以内。结论运用所建立的数学模型基本能够实现通过指纹图谱数据对黄芩药材抑菌效果的评价。
Objective To establish an objective and effective new model for evaluating the intrinsic quality of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods The sample of Scutellaria baicalensis was collected extensively, and the test solution of each sample was prepared. The HPLC chromatogram and antibacterial effect of each sample were determined. The fingerprint data were correlated with antibacterial rate by mathematical method. Results The error rates of 20 batches of Scutellaria baicalensis from the mathematical model established were all within 10% of the experimental values, and the deviation of 15 batches of samples was within 5%. Conclusion The mathematical model established can basically achieve the antimicrobial effect of Radix Scutellariae by fingerprint data.
