马铃薯种薯因病毒导致退化,一直是减产的主导因素。全世界每年由此损失3000万吨。60年代以来,自从利用茎尖脱毒产生脱毒苗并获得脱毒种薯,退化问题基本得到解决,产量倍增。但人们对脱毒薯增产的生理基础以及相应的栽培技术措施则了解很少。为此,以带毒薯为对照,与脱毒薯进行了比较研究,以便更好地发挥脱毒薯的产量水平。 Potato seed potato due to the virus lead to degradation, has been the dominant factor in yield reduction.
