采用水热碱溶法从焙烧处理后的粉煤灰中浸出镓,研究了反应温度、钙硅比、碱液浓度、液固比、反应时间等因素对镓浸出效果的影响。综合镓的浸出率以及反应成本等因素,确立了浸出镓的最优条件为:反应温度180℃、钙硅比1∶1、碱液浓度200 g/L、液固比20∶1、反应时间3.0 h。在最优条件下,粉煤灰中镓浸出率可达87.84%。
The effects of reaction temperature, calcium-silicon ratio, alkali concentration, liquid-solid ratio, reaction time and other factors on the leaching effect of gallium were studied by using hydrothermal alkali-soluble method to extract gallium from roasted fly ash. Based on the factors such as the leaching rate of gallium and the reaction cost, the optimal conditions for the leaching of gallium were established as follows: reaction temperature 180 ℃, ratio of calcium to silicon 1: 1, concentration of lye 200 g / L, ratio of liquid to solid 20:1, reaction time 3.0 h. Under the optimum conditions, the gallium leaching rate in fly ash can reach 87.84%.
