浙江话剧团刚刚过完她40岁的生日。到了“不惑之年”,他们悟出这么一个道理:剧团需要观众,好比农民需要土地。这话说得精采,既表述了剧团对观众的依赖,又强调了剧团的主导作用。没有对话剧事业的挚爱,没有“死去活来”的奋斗经历,谈不出这样有分量的见解。象南方其它省分的话剧团一样,浙江话剧团也曾处于人心涣散、入不敷出的困境;也曾面临生存还是解散的选择。剧团广大党员、干部和热爱话剧事业的艺术骨干不甘心让浙江的话剧在自己这一代手中寿终
Zhejiang Repertory Theater has just finished her 40th birthday. To the “Year of Never-Hundreds,” they realized that the theater needed spectators, as peasants needed land.
